​Refund policy​

• All purchases are non-refundable. However, if you contact us at least three hours before your tour's slotted start time, we will reschedule you to another date.

• No-shows (i.e. not making it to your tour on time or not showing up during the scheduled time) are never refundable. For the first no-show, we will offer a rescheduling. For the second, you will not be offered a refund or a rescheduling. If you are having a hard time finding a tour's starting location, please email trianglewalkingtour@gmail.com and we will assist you. Once a tour begins, the guide will be preoccupied with providing a tour to other guests, and will therefore be unable to "help people catch up." 

• Unless stated otherwise, assume that a tour is not canceled in the case of adverse weather. If a tour is canceled due to emergency or unsafe weather, you will receive an email notification and have your tour rescheduled.

Safety Policy

• By attending the tour, guests are responsible for following all common sense safety rules and all city laws and traffic ordinances. Furthermore, guests are responsible for bringing their own water, umbrellas, coats, visible clothing, or other relevant items. Triangle Walking Tours and any associated people are not responsible for any injuries or discomfort experienced by guests for refusal to follow these guidelines.

• Tour guests are expected to be respectful and decent to the town they are touring, as well as Triangle Walking Tours staff. Tour hosts reserve the right to remove guests from the tour without a refund in the case of safety violations.​

• Any consumption of drugs or alcohol in a manner that violates local, state, or federal laws or policy will result in guests being asked to leave the tour with no refund. No exceptions.

Photography and Video

• ​Photography is accepted and encouraged on the videos. Regarding videos, the tour and its contents are the intellectual property of Triangle Walking Tours LLC. ​​Taking videos for personal use such as academic projects or personal memories is accepted, so long as they are not uploaded for public consumption. This policy can be waived for media with the permission of Triangle Walking Tours ownership.
